In this period when we are facing Movement Control Order (MCO) due to COVID-19 outbreak, many of us is using food delivery service to reduce the movement outside house. Do check if your food are packaged well and safe.
When preparing packaged food for delivery, food handlers should make sure food are kept into food container which consist 2 compartment. If the packaging material does not have 2 compartment, we must make sure to store the food separately. If we put the packaged food into another package, it will cross contaminating the contained food and eventually causing food poisoning.
After packaging, arrange the delivery carefully so that your customers receive delicious food with the food quality maintained. Extra work of preparation could gain your customers' trust in food safety. Isn't it great?
